Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 8, 2025

TumbleDown ("the App") is developed by CaMaGri ("we", "our", "us"). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting any information related to our users.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.

However, in order to maintain a global leaderboard, the App may collect the following non-personal gameplay data:

The Player ID is generated automatically the first time the App is used. It is stored locally on the device and is not linked to any personal or device-specific information. This ID is used to distinguish players in the leaderboard.

Players may optionally enter a Nickname to appear on the public leaderboard. This Nickname is chosen by the user at the time of submitting a score and can be changed with each new submission. It is not required and is never used for identification outside the game.

This data is sent securely to our servers only when the player achieves a score high enough to enter the public leaderboard. The information is used exclusively for leaderboard functionality and gameplay balancing. No personal identification is involved, and no data is used for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

2. Data Sharing

We do not share gameplay data or any other information with third parties. All data sent to our servers remains within our infrastructure and is not used for advertising or analytics purposes.

3. Children's Privacy

Our app is suitable for all ages and does not contain any content that is inappropriate for children. We do not collect personal data from users, including children under the age of 13.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
